Bishop Daniel Felton Issues a General Decree in Accord with the 7th Edition of the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services in the Diocese of Duluth.

I wish to express my affirmation of and agreement with the recent statements of Archbishop Bernard Hebda regarding immigration concerns in our country and in our state. As a Church, we uphold the God-given dignity of every human person and seek to engage these complex issues with compassion, clarity, and moral responsibility.
