The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults is the new name for what was the Rite of Catholic Initiation for Adults (RCIA). This change is in its beginning stages, and we will begin to see and hear OCIA throughout all dioceses in the United States.

This program is for anyone, Catholic, non-Catholic, Non-Baptized, or a Baptized Christian, who is desiring or being called to learn and grow deeper in the Catholic faith, and for those who may have been baptized Catholic during their infancy and now desire to receive confirmation and even First Communion.
