Many parishioners in my previous assignments told me that this is their favorite Mass that they look forward to because nearly all the priests, joined by many deacons, are present.
Many people go to this Mass from all over the Diocese, so it would be good to come an hour or so early!
Would you like a grand tour of the Cathedral? I, Fr. Trevor, will give a tour around 2:30pm (3pm latest) of the Cathedral! We will go into all parts of the building while I give the history of our Mother Church of the Diocese of Duluth!! The tour may take over a half-hour.
We will not have any bus this year, but I hope that we may have car pools.

At the Mass, the bishop blesses the holy oils that are used in the celebration of the sacraments throughout the coming year, and those oils are distributed to the parish representatives to bring back to their parishes.
At the Mass, the priests also renew the promises made at their ordinations
